Dean Embry is the greatest lawyer I have had in my life. He had saved my life when I was wrongly made Not Criminally Responsible and wrongly detained for ten years. He fought very hard for my freedom and did not cease until I was freed. He won at the Court of Appeal and got my NCR verdict overturned successfully for which I am greatly indebted to him for and highly appreciative. I owe everything to Mr Embry, he proved that I was poorly represented by negligent counsel at 17 which costed me most of my 20's. He stuck with me even when it got difficult and remained a phenomenal legal counsel throughout the whole experience and I would not be free if it was not for him. To say I am impressed is a great understatement, I am beyond impressed with Dean Embry's legal excellence. I highly recommend his legal firm, you will not regret it.

I have worked with more then 8 criminal lawyers. If approachability, friendly demeanour, or the guy you most likely want to have a beer with; are factors, then Mr. Embry might not be the right guy. If on the other hand; you require a strategically sophisticated advocate to guide you the endless Judicial labyrinth that you are entering then Mr. Embry is worthy of consideration. If a loved one of mine, were in trouble, and because my extensive judicial encounters they asked me to provide a list of; 3 lawyers that I would recommend for them to consider, that list would have Mr. Embry names on it in all 3 spots. So far 14 of my serious federal charges comprising over a number different matters in 2 different cities; have reached their final resolution. To clarify Mr. Embry has either acted as primary counsel, or played a fundamental role on each of these charges.
BOTTOM LINE: 14 of the 14 charges have been either withdrawn, or stayed by The Crown.
