Lawyer Agu was very firm and strong he does not beat around the bush . He help me with a very dasterous tenant and lawyer Agu get him out he was very stern and informative. Easy to talk to and. Lawyer Agu use his professionalism and address the matter he made the matter stress free for me. I am very great full I took him to take care of my matter, and I will recommend him

He's a complete drunk. Incompetent. If you're wondering where your money is actually going, just go downtown and ask for ike. He's usually in some bar trying to start a fight with someone. Don't let his appearance decevive you. He got to where he is today from scamming people. You've been warned.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would get back to my e=mails that day or the next. Has been completely honest and up front with us. Not to sure if he is expensive as I have never had to use a lawyer. But so far I would rate Ike Awgu EXCELLENT and would recommend him with flying colours.

Ike was prompt, positive, professional and great value for the flat-rate fee. He put us at ease and helped us obtain our eviction without any fuss or issues, one day, 20min, in and out! He was fast to reply to emails and made sure we understood what was happening. Highly recommend him!

I hired Ike to evict a tenant and it turned out to be a terrible waste of money. Once hired he would do the minimal amount of work possible and only if I kept on him to do it. If I didn't keep asking him he would not bother doing it. He was difficult to get on the phone and never returned email. In the end the tenant just left which is a good thing because Ike was not much help. I could have done the eviction myself and saved the money. Save your money or hire someone else.

Ike was not always easy to reach as his office was very busy - that's my one gripe really. Otherwise he was great, just not easy to reach. Nice person, good service. Real estate transaction, purchase and refinance.

Ike is all about personality... thats the " hook " and thats were it ends. " Sharp Practice " is a term that is best used here. Please look it up as it is quite common in the industry. No professional courtesy, ethics, negligent, takes your money and then becomes " unavailable. best known as a " Shyster". Run. Has numerous locations and you can not find him. Scammer.

Nice guy. Very friendly. Hmmm, Im more accustomed to rating restaurants... Im a private lender, so wasnt buying or selling. He was easy to talk to, borrowers loved him. Price point was good. Ive dealt with lots of lawyers, I left happy. Which is rare. They should interview these clowns prior to letting them into law school. Thumbs up.

Ike was great. He is a young lawyer (which I liked) and was super responsive when I needed help. He also had a very interesting background in the city (ran for Mayor years ago) so I was curious. Recommended through a friend. I had a purchase I needed help with and a Will (just had first child! :))

Poor service. Almost made me loose a real estate deal. Ike prepared the agreement and he made big mistake that almost cost me all the inclusions in the house. This lawyer is very un-organised, keeps relocating office, does not return calls....its just very poor. Keep your hard earn money and go somewhere else.
