Sent documents that had been legibly filled out by hand to her. She transferred the info provided by me onto the form via computer. Made EIGHT MISTAKES while doing so (most important: stated, on a government document, that my husband used my name, SSN and birth place in the past which is NOT true). AND she signed my and my husband's signatures for us. Yes, you read that right. She signed OUR signatures FOR us -- not her name for us, not a different looking signature.... but she tried to copy OUR signatures. I didn't even get to review the form before she sent it. Thankfully she wrote a letter detailing her mistakes and I was able to submit it to USCIS. I've brought this to the firm owner's attention who must be in denial because she never so much as offered a refund and is now kind of fighting my suggestion that they give me one. Stay far away from this firm. To them you're just clients.
