Excellent attorney and family law firm! I'm so glad I hired Michelle and her firm! I found her to be extremely responsive, knowledgable and highly competent. She took time to explain each step and part of the process to me--even if it meant reviewing parts of my case over and over with me to make sure I fully understood the process. She really listened to me and valued my input as a client. Getting divorced was one of the worst experiences of my life, but I can honestly say that having Michelle and her legal team on my side made it just a little bit easier. 'm so grateful I had this firm to guide me through one of the lowest points in my life! If you're dealing with a difficult divorce (with a narcissist) and child custody case, you need to hire this firm. Michelle Thomas is extremely knowledgeable about the law, articulate, and well-respected among judges and peers. It's obvious that she works hard because she cares deeply about getting the best results possible for her clients. Attorney Michelle Thomas and her team were a God-send and I cannot thank them enough!!!

Highly professional and efficient family law firm. Michelle was a powerful advocate for me and my daughter during a difficult divorce. I had worked with a different firm at first, and due to several unaddressed issues by that attorney, I needed emergency help to enforce our separation agreement and seek court protection. Michelle listened attentively, identified the key legal issues quickly, drafted a strong legal argument, and waited with me in court for hours on multiple days to secure that emergency help. In meeting with the judge she maintained the utmost professionalism as she dealt with personal attacks from my former spouse, who is an attorney and represented himself. Michelle remained focused and determined to help me, and I will be forever grateful for her tenacity and drive to resolve the matters in my favor. She was brilliant and I cannot recommend her more highly. You'll be in good hands.

She was the opposing attorney on my case and I won so completely that I almost felt bad for my ex. It seemed like she had never been at a trial and did zero prep. The judge had to school her on proper cross examination etiquette. It was embarrassing. She prolonged and delayed every little thing so much, her bills must be extremely high. I had pro bono attorneys so there was no reason for her to be so obtuse except to bilk her client. And the worst part is that she didn't seem to understand that she lost the case. It was weird. She just doesn't understand that being mean doesn't mean strength and she seems to have zero professional courtesy to other attorneys. Also, fyi, she doesn't have a "team" she has one associate who is learning all the wrong things I'm afraid.

I don't recommend Michelle C. Thomas. She is unresponsive, slow, and unable to complete her work in a timely manner. She does not respond to my calls or emails. Her assistant often responds to my emails to inform me that Ms. Thomas is in "court all day". She takes weeks to respond, and as a result my divorce has been delayed for months. She appears to be too busy, or disorganized, and not concerned about her client's needs.
