I had two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia. I hired Mr Cobb because I would have lost my job if I was convicted of any drug related offense or ANY felony. After 10 months, 3 or 4 court trips, and a motion hearing my case was dismissed. The best part about it was that the paraphernalia really was my now ex wife's and he believed me and did all he could to help me.

Used him for a DWI charge out of Craighead County. I was found guilty at first in district court, but he took the case to circuit court for no extra money and we won the case on a motion. Also used his partner, Lohnes Tiner, on a misdameanor battery that was dropped.

When he first takes your case/money he seems motivated to help you but its all a show. He never returns your calls, or will schedule you a time to come in and call you an hour before your appointment to cancel. His answer is ALWAYS that he needs to "read over the file" but then when you call him a week later, still has no answer for you. And he always tries to get you to "work something out" because he doesn't want to go to court.
