I dealt with him once and will never step foot in his office. He does not abide with confidentiality of his clients, does not advise his clients on correct approach to take, and should not take on clients if he is not competent with what his clients need help with.

I bought a house from Sukhjit Bhandal just recently and his customer service was remarkable. He went out of his way to close my transaction with an immediate possession.

This lawer does not know anything.He does not know how to deal with bank,buyer,seller,etc.I bought a house through bhandal but i saved my 5000$.
