Knowledge: who knows, he explained so little it's hard to know what his knowledge level is. Communication: very minimal response to questions (two sentences at the most), almost zero explanation of why he is taking a certain approach or how things work, rude. Work Quality: writing skills poor - misspellings, typos, erroneous facts and dates, minimal effort, incomplete, does not address actual concerns, poor comprehension of case. Value: terrible...initially reasonably priced but work was so poor I had to terminate him, no refund for work not done.
