Click to report rating    7/23/12 DO NOT use this lawyer. Save your sanity and your time. Find another one!! Been using her for over a year. She does NOT respond in a timely manner. Responses take weeks. Utterly ridiculous! RID: 76778
Click to report rating    6/13/12 Ms Vaughan scheduled a "free consultation" with me and then did not show for the appointment. Another attorney agreed to go ahead and meet with me, to get my basic information. Ms Vaughan proceeded to accuse me of scheduling an appointment with the other attorney without her knowledge. She charged me for services she did not provide and refused to refund monies she did not earn. She advised that she spent an excessive amount of time due to excessive phone calls and emails. Per my emails records, I sent five messages prior to my request to discontinue services. She told me she "spent an hour" with me on the phone during our initial "phone consultation" and that my contacts with her, again, were excessive. Per my phone records, she spent 8 minutes with me during our phone "consult" and totaled less than 60 minutes over 4 months. This is all in addition to the name calling and berating me once I requested a refund. I would not even recommend her to an enemy. RID: 72088
     3/16/12 DO NOT USE this lawyer. She is bold and manipulative with her clients, and a nervous "yes-woman" in the courtroom. She offers a one-time fee to finish your case no matter how long it lasts, but SHE decides when it's closed even though the case is clearly not. She promises that she will handle something and does absolutely nothing that you asked. She also disrespectfully refuses to respond to your complaints about her via email. Not professional at all.
