	2/23/12	Years ago he was in charge of my real state case and did a good job. Two years ago I went back to his office and he was not the same. Does not return phone calls, does not get involve in the case at all but demands to be paid on time. Although we was well acknowledge in several areas, at this point he should retire. He is not the same good lawyer he used to be due to his lack of energy.
