This lawyer and my ex tried to steal my half of an agreed upon pension split between myself and my ex. When I caught them, he said oops clerical error. Then off the 2 of them went to B.C. together, just days after my ex had put down my dog that he stole a couple of months before that. When I called James Scott, asked him to get in touch with my ex for me, he said to me on the phone, "We are in B.C.", and on that day, there was a modification done to our son's property in B.C.. That was January 09,2019 , now for some reason the paperwork reads Jan 10, 2019, I have copies of both. Pretty strange when his kin now own the property that abuts my son's place, what's even stranger is B.C. Assessment has it as being sold in a certain year for over a million, and B.C. Land Titles, has it down on paper as being sold in a different year for $250,000.00 less, but same owner on both. And once again, it was CLERICAL ERROR, funny how no one in any department knows what the modification was.

after 4 yrs he has made many promises to get things settled and has not come through with one . He has the ability to drag things on and on and now he tells me after I've spent 60,00 plus that he's not sure of anything he's had me produce . he wants me to take a lesser settlement and won't fight for me . I believe he has seen that he has exhausted my money and see's there isn't much money to get any more so he has quite fighting for me .
