Mark is Awsome!! When i called first time to Mark i was so dipressed and did not know what to do. I had called other lawyers but looks like they knew i am in trouble they wanted to scare me and asking for lot of fee. I had shoplifting case for items cost between $300-$400. One thing i noticed Mark does not want to take advantage he is nice human being. I asked him for some discount which he agreed upon. I represent my case and case was withdrwan. I am so happy i realy owe him my future. I will highly recomnd Mark to any one not only bcz his fee is lower then other laywers in market but indded he take care of the issue.

Mark represented me in Toronto for a theft under $5000 charge. He had the charges withdrawn and even worked with me to get the necessary paperwork completed and submitted to have my prints and paperwork destroyed. He was very honest and put everything on the table. I would recommend Mark to anyone and everyone with a shoplifting case.

When I first called Mark, he was on his cell on his way to court and every time I met him, it was at a court house, not a fancy office. He asked me questions, was very straight forward, understanding and sympathetic to what I was going through. He was very clear about what the process would be for me, what I could expect to happen and how long it would take. When it came to paperwork, he had everything with him, explained each document clearly and always asked if I had any questions. He assured me repeatedly that everything would be okay and it was. He took of everything. His fee was one of the lowest for my case but I can assure you that it worth it and more. I highly recommend Mark Zinck.

I found mark to be compassionate and attentive at ALL times. His expertise is excellent. He listens and works toward a goal. He never wavers. He creates confidence.. is never wishy washy. I owe my restoration to him. I was becoming a mental wreck until he restored my confidence.
