	4/10/12	Seems to know some stuff, but poor overall skills in dealing with people. Defers to assistant for note taking, but neither actually listen to what a person is telling them, and gets things muddled up (but would never admit to that). Must agree with other poster - not a good investment - go to an office where they actually care for you as an individual and sincerely want to help you, rather than have strictly an interest in how much money they can make off you.
