I used Mr. Pelley for my estate planning, and for my father's probate. He was patient, very knowledgable, and did a great job. He also was charged very reasonable fees compared to everywhere else I looked and was quoted.

I gave Pelley $600.00 at the initial free consultation. I changed my mind about filing bankruptcy and he made up bogus hours worked and I had not even returned the information packet. There was not any info to work with. He is a thief and a liar. Stay away from this amoral crook. I despise him. I was taken advantage of when I needed help the most. I did not file bankruptcy and my financial life is great. Stay away from this Baylor Law School hypocrite.
