His lack of integrity and honesty is appalling. He has given differing advice to myself and my sib re the settling of my parents He is unavailable most of the time due to his hiatus in the south. Click to report rating    10/1/15 John Restall represented my Ex for our divorce. He was the most incompetent lawyer I've ever encountered. Not only did his incompetance cost my Ex a small little fortune, his poor advice and legal guidance cost me a small fortune. I understand he is an estate and property lawyer. His knowledge, or lack there of, of family law procedures in this century seem to elude this individual. He was not interested in properly guiding my Ex to fair resolution. After collecting a substantial fee, he bowed out representing my Ex when things were getting tough and the stuff was hitting the fan. This individual (I refuse to use the word professional) has poor morals and ethics in my opinion. I feel his only concern was padding his pockets. It's lawyers like John Restall that give the public the wrong impression of the profession. I wish he was barred from practicing. RID: 159991
