Failed to advise his charge, and billed me $840 for a 3.8 hour conversation that should have taken no more than 10 minutes. I was the one under stress and not in a space to think of $ and time. I feel that he has taken advantage of me. I am not impressed. Had I been advised up front that his charge is $300/hr (which he so "kindly" discounted on the invoice), I would have excused myself immediately. I called and left a message a day or two after receiving the bill through the mail to express my concern and frustration, and have not yet received a reply after about three weeks. This too is very unimpressive. For this critical error, if not swindle, I cannot recommend Hugh McCallum of Langley, BC.
