terruble lawyer. he lack knowledge of familiy matter and he is very rude and judggemental .he supports the opposing lawyer and fight against his client , please do not go , is just waste of money and time, i termibated my retionship with him s cannot stand and defend his client , rude and disresoectful

I hired Mr. Hennessy for a family law matter. I found him condescending, unknowledgeable, and not effective. Very little was accomplished over many months. I met with two other lawyers after, and both of them gave advice the completely CONTRADICTED what he suggested for my case. It didn't feel like he was on my side. He was rude, and difficult to talk to. He prioritized issues improperly. I rarely write reviews, but felt this his lack of service (with an expensive price tag) warranted one. If I had to summarize my impression of Mr. Hennessy, I would compare him with the container for a feminine hygienic product.

I 100% agree with the womans posting on here. He often yelled at me during meetings . In addition during one occasion while I was off for a surgery, and needed to meet with him- he refused to meet to discuss, after several attemps to set up a meeting for a case I was into the for well over 8000.00 > I informed him in a non threatening way ,that my husband would discuss with him. He said he would call the police if my husband came to meet with him. Aee you serious? I thought he was joking at first, totally uncalled for and bizarre for him to even say.I hired a new lawyer a month later , and settled in 2 months, what he could not settle in 5 years.

Arrogant, thinks he knows it all. Knows nothing about family law. Don't send a real estate lawyer to do a family law court case. Personality zero. Also discriminates towards disabled persons. Runs up a hefty legal bill for you, even when he knows he will lose your case.

I found Mr. Hennessey to be very condescending. I do not know if this is because I am a single woman but in any case, it is unacceptable. Mr. Hennessey also makes it a practice to yell at his clients in the course of normal conversation. He further has an air that communicates that you, his client, are an inconvenience to him. After spending hundreds of dollars in legal fees, Mr. Hennessey did not represent my interest at all. Without any communication to me, his client, Mr. Hennessey allowed the release of $10,000 in trust funds to a builder who is shoddy, and completely underhanded, to say the least (Peter Jorgesen - Monarch Homes)without the trust conditions any of the trust conditions even being met. I would advice anyone looking for a lawyer to avoid Mr. Hennessey. He clearly does not have the interests of his clients at heart. I would go as far as to say he has breached his contractual obligations to myself, his client.

Mr. Hennessy is well worth the money. He has a great work ethic and is a very good family lawyer. He may seem a little cold to some, but he is smart and gets the job done. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Bottom line, great lawyer!! (I have also used him for real estate, he made the process quick and simple and it is reasonably priced!)
