	12/13/11	Possibly a malpractice according to those reviewing the settlement he had drawn up and not protecting his client in the aftermath of it. Wish I never used his "expertise".
	11/3/11	He clearly doesn't understand the law or how to communicate simple ideas.
*	7/21/11	took a full year to get the lawsuit going. He seemed to make threats in letters to the defendants, but never followed thru. Seem to be more on the defendants side when settlement was drawn up. When I found that there were things going wrong, I contacted him to follow up. He did not. Now I have to hire a new lawyer to make things right. I sent him emails, faxes, and left messages. He never called me back. He seemed not interest in my welfare and just prolonged the case, when it could have been settled in a few weeks.
