Andrew Rier, Vanessa and May did an amazing job not once, not twice but three times they help me resolve my case to be dismiss/ no action. I can’t but thank them for the hard work they put in especially Andrew. Andrew and I have a love/ hate relationship but he truly was there for meat the end to finish my last case so I’m happy I hired him and his team for my case.

This law firm took my family money and did a very bad job. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney office or you will have nothing but regrets. I wish I would have did my research but I didn't and now my family is in pain but I am going to get the word out about this law firm.

The prosecutor had it out for my husband. After denying a bond and basically making fun of my previous attorney, she was finally shaken up when Mr. Rier walked into the courtroom. He picked her apart and destroyed her whole case with one deposition. Andrew is aggressive and doesn’t take any crap in the courtroom. His presence alone had the prosecutor nervous. I’m so happy I hired Mr Rier!! If you are looking for someone to win and not waste your time or money, go for the best! Mr Rier is the best hands down!!!

This man is no good, he will prolong your case to squeeze your last dollar. The more time, the more money in his pocket. He doesn't care if you're innocent, or about to lose your freedom or kid. Trust me, I've known this man since he started his firm. Look for another lawyer, and just read over his good reviews, really convicts don't speak in that way, all proper, they are people from his firm that write on these sites. Trust me, this man is crooked.

He brings decades of experience, solid confidence and aggression to the table. This is the lawyer you need. No wimpy lawyer. He will Truly fight for you until the end! He stands before you like a protector and fights for you. I never saw such aggression from a lawyer in the courtroom and with all due respect at the same time. The worst lawyer. Never shows up, lies about payments, has no clue of your case. Lies about how he can make a different in your case. My first plea was 3years, more then two later, i still took a plea for 3years.... say it would be $7,500 . But ended paying $10,000. Should of save me the money and took the states offer for day one. Andrew talks a good one, with no results. Look into any other lawyer but him. You'll thank yourself for listening to me.

I love this law firm. I came to them when my son got charged with second degree murder. The whole office was able to calm me down and get to work defending my son. I am so pleased with the outcome. My son was a juvenile when this happened. They were able to get him a bond, get it reduced(even though I didn't post bond) they got it lowered for me. They were also patient with me with the payments. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't choose any other firm to trust my son life with. He ended up getting 18 months.. charges dropped and he will be home by xmas. Thank you mostly to Johnathin. I love you guys Andy and John???????? And Nicole too.

He won a case recently for my little brother who was wrongfully accused and facing 15 years. Throughout the trial he was knowledgable and communicates with his clients. In the courtroom he is just absolutely amazing. He demands your attention and truly cares to defend his clients. He puts in the time and gets the job done. Could not have ask for a better attorney to defend my brother. Me and my brother are truly appreciative for his time and his work! A+

I rated Mr. Rier the way I did because he was awesome. My son was facing five felony charges, ranging from attempted murder to murder of the 2nd degree. He was denied a bond due to the seriousness of his charges. But thanks to Mr. Rier and Mr. Jordan, not only was my son allowed to come home without a bond,all of his charges were dropped. I can't say enough how thankful I am for Mr. Rier and his law firm for all of their hard work and dedication. If you are looking for a criminal attorney Mr. Andrew Rier is the way to go, trust me you won't be disappointed. Mr.Rier in my opinion is the best criminal lawyer in Florid. Patricia M.

Andrew Rier is truly the best lawyer in Miami. My husband was on probation and he caught 2 new felonies. I contacted Andrew Rier and he was able to get my husband out of jail. Andrew Rier is an amazing attorney, him and his assistant are very informative, always return phone calls, and keep you updated with the case. They truly get the job done!!!! If you are looking for a wonderful criminal defense attorney STOP your search Andrew Rier is the guy! He fights for his client right and he knows the law. Trust me he will not leave you hanging. He is representing my husband and to see him in action and that courtroom brought me to a state of physical ease,I really trust Mr. Ryer's judgment and I highly recommend him the guy is just phenomenal. Not to mention his office staff is very pleasent and punctual. I actually received two of the attorneys cell phone numbers and I was told that I can feel free to call any time which was comforting. I truly thank God to have met Andrew! He is an amazing attorney, he doesn't take anything from lawyers, judges, or anyone if your wrong your wrong and he will let them know. I honestly feel he gave his all and the effort he put in this case was wonderful and we won. I don't know what else to say but wow I've never seen anything like it before. As soon as my incident my family hired two attorneys, at first they made false promises saying that soon my problems would be resolved. The truth is that my family wasted a lot of time, and money due to the fact that neither of them did anything to help my case, and at best they promised me “less time”. Then with no results my family and friends tried to look for a better attorney to defend my case, and lucky we ran into Andrew Rier. At first I wasn't sure if he was going to help or do much for that matter, since the first two just wasted my families money and time, but once he came to visit me and we had our first meeting, I felt he would do anything he could to help me. After the day that we had our meeting, I felt more confident and truly believed he was the right man for the job. Till this day I feel he should have been our first option, and yes things didn't happened as fast as I would have liked them, but he never game me false hopes, and he delivered, by resolving my case.

probably his highest paying client of all times. Horribly unhappy with him. Wish I never met. Spent loads of time in prison, rest of life on probation, and my life is fully messed up. Stood by my side for trial defense till he received his fee + 25% extra charge for himself, another 30% for the sorriest expert I ever could imagine. Many many thousands. Convinced me to plea. Regretted it ever since. Out of prison finally, and Now getting sued yet again cause he failed to protect properly. How do you sue a lawyer? He owes me millions

Andrew and his them is a Great choice. When I was hit with my case I didn't know where to go, my family contacted the firm and I heard from them the very next day. I didn't even know who they were, he came in and set his foot down. The Lord has blessed both me and worked through him excellently. The case is still in progress but I can say he has fought for me. I am able to fight my case from the luxury of my home. Most folks have to deal with it from jail in my cas, I thank The Lord for a strong lawyer with the knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Andrew and his team was there from the beginning, I didn't have to worry about calling them because my case was being handled, he's quick on his feet, brings facts to the table and is not afraid to challenge the state. He doesn't backdown and firm with his answers. When hiring a lawyer you need to know that your lawyer is ready for you and willing to put himself out there for you not folding for a plead deal. My experience with Andrew Rier's law firm was an overall healthy client/attorney relationship. They were hired for both of my fiance's cases in Dade and Broward county,and did a pretty awesome job considering the charges, they do whats best in their legal expertise and also will listen to the needs and wants of the client, as they are hired to work for you. Although pricey, you cannot put a price on your freedom. The staff is nice and friendly and the attorneys are well in tuned with laws and know what they are talking about. I would recommend them to anyone who needs serious legal assistance.

I hired this law firm on the 6th of August 2012, that day they was very nice and called me many times to see if I was ready to start, after giving them $1,500 to start its been 2 months now and I have to call a 100 times and leave many massage to get a call back, and when I do this **** has "nothing to go on" so all this time what was they doing with my case, now I want my money back and there giving me the run around, I will call them every day until I get my money, generally speaking an attorney may only keep a fee that is earned, so my money is refundable to the extent that it has not been earned, the only paper work they have is what I sent to them, I will do all I can to get may money and move on, they can get mad when I call 5 times a day to get may money I don't care, just give it back the nice and same way you'll got it, and we will be ok.

i seriously wish i would have read this forum prior to hiring this law firm... i havent yet finished my payments and last month i left 2 messages for one of his underlings with no answer and then they had the gall to ask for payment, i told them i would give payment to her personally... in the past three weeks, i have left over 13 messages for my underling and the receptionist had the gall to ask for payment 7 calls ago... my exact words "you have got to be f***ing kidding me, i have left 6 messages with no answer" at 5:20 pm today i called and asked for my attorney, she was in and would call me "right back" at 5 till 6oclock, i called back and she had left the office... LIVID

I have used the services of Andrew Rier and his law team several times within 8 years. Unfortunately I have probably the worst record that you can imagine due to substance abuse. I have been looking at the worst sentences possible and thanks to Andrew Rier and his team I am home. Any of the above complaints about the lack of communication, should be aware that this firm do not pamper their clients - instead, they spend their time concentrating and focusing on their cases and getting the job done properly. Andrew Rier's court presence is extremely impressive. Due to my record, I have plenty of experience with lawyers and none of them have compared on this level. I am more than happy to give a more detailed reference with my experience with this law firm if you are considering hiring them. I also highly recommend Christina Kirou who works alongside Andrew Rier.

I never expected a courtrppm presence as captivating as Mr. Andrew Reir held the attention of every last juror completely.I knew every last point Mr. Reir wanted the jury to digest they did in entirety; without leaving any room for outside opinion other than what he wanted to portray. One extraordinary point about this law-firm is that I went there because a recommendation from another lawyer indicating that they have one of the best family lawyers. It was true...Diksha Mehan is not one of the best...she is the best.

This is the worst attorney that anyone could hire. The first interview, he promises the moon. The attorneys that work under his supervison are all new attorneys that have almost no experience (under 5 years) once they collect all the money they try to settle out of court. The main attorney Andrew Rier, will never have any knowledge of your case, but will have knowledge of any pending payments. Once, they collect your money you will deal with the secretaries and sometimes if you are lucky the Paralegal. The attorneys that would represent you are rookies in the field. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, WELL, UNLESS YOUR WANT TO THROUGH YOUR MONEY AWAY!
