Attention all men. Custody battles are nasty and ugly. Monique is the lawyer you want in your corner. She came highly recommended from someone I trust dearly. She came through for me on one of her most stubborn cases she's had to face but managed to break down those barriers and I never lost any grounds of what I was fighting for. She was most excellent at setting up the schedule right out of the gate and in cases like these that is a must. My Ex ended up changing her Lawyers 3 times as Monique was the stronger one and won my case. She said it could take a 1.5 years to complete. She did it in 10 months. Thank you Monique for letting me keep my time with the most 2 important people in my life and not get screwed by greed and this stereotypical world that always favor's that one parent. P.S you get what you pay for

Was my legal counsel in an extremely complex, child custody case that lasted over 7 years and across two countries. Not only was she always incredibly well prepared, she knows the law inside and out, and is very thorough. She is a lawyer of integrity, sound moral principles, and incredible work ethic. She works tirelessly with perseverance, is tenacious and communicates with her clients. Her staff are great too. I could not have had better representation than Monique handling my case and am so grateful she was my lawyer! I highly recommend Monique if you want results!

Not sure where she got her law degree from since she blatantly breaks the laws in her proceedings. Costing a lot of money for sub par legal advice that in the end screwed us.

Has been representing me for a year now in a nasty custody dispute. She is EXCELLENT! She is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and can be a 'pit bull' when she needs to be but also conciliatory and a skilled mediator when that's required as well. She works very hard and actually cares about the outcome. I would not hesitate at all to recommend her! The only negative is that she can be a bit pricey, but, it certainly is well worth it and there is ALWAYS value to the dollar!
