i was a new client all excited until she received my payment of 7500 never heard from her again court date is 5 weeks away,,i had to firer her and move on..i can not recommend her,,

I don't have nothing good to say about her. she charge me over 8400.00 for separation all the sudden I get my divorce paper with out of me signing any paper.

Karen did a great job for me in family court with custody. Does not back down and got the job done.

Karen doesn't really do exactly what the client asks for she just kind of really collects the money from the clients. You give her things to bring up in court and she doesn't do with pictures text messages etc.. She overcharges for emails phone calls and court dates nothing is ever consistent except for when she wants to get paid.

Her lack of service, understanding and threatening behavior added salt to the wound at such a vulnerable and devastating time.Over 4 years ago I hired Ms. Gazda to represent me during my divorce. After weeks of having to contact her to see what progress was being made I became very frustrated with her lack of services, and I retained another lawyer. I was told by my new lawyer that Ms. Gazda requested I no longer contact her office and she'd (as per her retainer contract) send me a check for my remaining retainer fee). In 2 months time, and no progress, only half of my retainer was returned (retainer fee was $5000). As anyone knows who has or is going through a divorce, the last thing we should have to worry about is whether we will be getting the representation we pay for.

To start with, she has you sign a NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER - She prepared a Separation Agreement for me in 2007 - well, she left out a VERY IMPORTANT item. . . . Survivor's Benefits - now I have to take out a LIfe INSURANCE POLICY ON MY EX! Thanks for nothing - I will NEVER refer ANYONE to this so called attorney.

Very good especially in court and knows how to handle herself especially in stressful court situations. Case was complicated but Karen settled it without having to go totrial.
