	8/7/13	Communication is key to a positive outcome. The staff seems overwhelmed and is not good about returning calls and replying to emails. I was promised weekly invoices and I received no more than two during the 8 months it took to finalize my divorce. I was not given much guidance. I frequently had to visit the office to get the answers I needed.
