You want your case to be a complete mess for years to come, use Tim McKinney. I gave him a 2 on communication. When he wants more money to prolong your case, he communicates very well. Years later and I am still trying to correct what he did and what he didn't do. He even agreed to things with opposing council on issues and MONEY that I was never consulted on. Try reversing that mess.

It took him almost two years to release my funds despite a court order to do so. I filed an appeal of a moveaway(which I won) which should have stopped it cold. He did not inform me that this was possible. Several attorneys have told me that he made a grave error. He is an almost complete incompetent. He only stayed in practice because he had a decent assistant.
