Click to report rating    11/11/19 Absolutely a disgrace as a public defender. A month after appointed never knew own client was in jail, failed to do discovery, and asked for a court date 3 mos later for his own inadequacies of being unprepared and lazy. Then client was left sitting in jail for months wondering status of case and forced to sign prison detention papers with Parole officer cause DEPT of Corrections couldn't get a hold of Mark by phone or email for weeks. Due to no proper counsel this client will now lose another 8mos from his life sitting in a prison for a disorderly domestic fight because of Marks failure to do anything on this case. RID: 216105

Safeguards client with recommendations governing social services, probation process and incarceration. Takes a personal interest, does not shun individual when others have turned away. Click to report rating    12/29/16 He is a horrible Attorney whHen I was19 I caught a case all he did was plea It Out and left me with a felony with no way to get it expunged later on after I did good because he never mention that in court never tried to fight my case which is completely fightable Just an overall lazy public defender RID: 178521
