I agree, with almost all comments below. Horrible experience, and when challenged she drops your case. I wanted to mediate, she suggested to wait, and when we are fully in courts, she decides to drop you as a client.

Full of herself; arrogant and terrible negotiator; took time to brag about other cases on my dime; approached several routine issues like she had never seen them before and became insulted when she was challenged. RUN in the other direction. you are about to get robbed!

Generally a horrible experience. Absent minded. Confrontational with the opposing side for no reason. Unengaged - charges lots of time but relies on her juniors. Poor document drafting with numerous mistakes that the client pays for correcting over and over. I have spoken to two others that have used her and who have had similar experiences. It was so bad I had to change lawyers. The people I spoke to also fired her.

No strategy, no skill, very unprofessional, but tries to look the part. I lost in court getting the simplest requests, Eg. child's lawyer or advocate for my older kids because they were not being heard and in an abusive situation. She talks way to much in the court room, but doesnt say anything, I was completely embarrassed. Yells at her clients when the case becomes too difficult and doesn't understand rather than getting the facts accurate before she rants. When I left her firm I was granted, with help from my new lawyer, the spousal support I was owed, that Ms Goldhart claimed I wouldn't receive and she was quite self righteous and condescending about it. Save your money, don't always hire based on first impressions.

At first I was impressed. Seemed knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to costs. Promised the world. But did not deliver. She just stoked the fire and padded the bill. End result was very unsatisfactory and cost a fortune

Totally favored my exhusband. He can act suave and is charming and a numbers man. He throws alot of crap out there hoping something will stick so he will get his way. He got a lot his way.

What a terrible arbitrator! Totally favoured my ex-wife! Was a complete rip-off of $6K for one day's "work"! Contradicted herself many times. Biased, terrible office with no parking, refreshments etc. Didn't advise me of construction that almost made me late!

The worst person I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, does not return calls, over charges and is very arrogant and condescending. I used her for arbitration and she was not fair and showed obvious bias to the other party.

Good lawyer, good value. Efficient, clear in her advice. Handles case in a cost efficient manner.

Cheryl was truthful and honest with me the entire time I worked with her (often telling me things I didn't necessarily want to hear, but needed to hear). I appreciated her human approach to me and my case. I would strongly recommend her for anyone who wants a lawyer who is a real person and talks to you like you're a real person too.

Cheryl gave me very poor legal advice. My separation agreement was so poorly written that 7 years later I am still in court over it. While personable she is lousy with the financial end of things. I reported her to the Law Society as her advice was so incredulously incorrect.
