Mrs. Rojas provided me with a great sense of security. My court date was previously scheduled and it fell between dates that she was not going to be in town. However, she appointed her wonderful associate, Mrs. Garza to take on my case and represent me the following week. Mrs. Rojas continued to reach out to me personally, to check on my well-being, and how things were going in preparation for the case. She was always professional, and friendly, and showed genuine interest in me as her client. Mrs. Garza went above and beyond for me. She patiently listened to me as I tried to articulate 7 years of ups and downs related to my case in a conversation. I never felt like anything I shared was insignificant. She was very thorough in explaining the legal process ahead and answered all my questions. The turnout exceeded any expectations I had, and I am thankful for her dedication to ensuring the best for her clients!

DOES NOT communicate well with her clients - takes your money and leaves you wondering what's going on.
When expressing I feared for my safety I was told to "wait it out" or "call police" Most emails were addressed to my ex-husband and "cc'd" with me. I was referred to as "your wife"(I was her client)Sarcastic and rude. When confronted, she did not apologize, and I could get a different lawyer to finish the job. DID NOT EVEN FILE MY DECREE WITH THE COURT. I called to obtain a certified copy of my decree and the district clerk's office had ZERO record of my decree. Mrs. Rojas had the decree signed by judge, emailed it back to me, never filed it. When explaining the situation to her office I was told they did what they were supposed to. I am now filing it myself. Currently waiting for the notarized affidavit to submit with decree, but was told by her office staff member that he was busy and would get to it when he could.
I have PAID over $2k for a service that has NOT been completed

Last year I came to see Ms. Rojas because no other attorney would help me get custody of my children because I did not have any money to hire someone. Ms. Rojas took my case pro bono. We went to a jury trial that lasted about two weeks and we WON! She knew her stuff, she was tough and knew what she was doing in court.

Very horrible attorney and poor office services from her Paralegal. She puts on a happy front before she gets your money. Its almost as if she was on my ex wifes side the whole time representing her instead of me. She did absolutely nothing for me in my divorce. My wife basically got everything she was after. I also referred her to a friend and she offered the opposing Attorney in her case personal information that he was able to use in his arguments against her. After being questioned on Attorney/Client confidentiality measures. She released herself as Legal Counsel and kept my friends retainer fees.

Aida worked with my dad on his divorce and represented him with a professional fighting spirit. All I can say is that one day in court my dad leaned over and told me, "I bet she (his soon to be x-wife) is surprised at what a tough attorney I hired." That pretty much says it all. She really worked to make sure he was not taken advantage of. She protected his interests and for that we (his adult children) are eternally grateful.

Aida Rojas represented me during my divorce in 2012. Her expertise and professionalism surpassed all my expectations and she rocked in court. My expectations are set high, considering my ex-wife is a divorce paralegal and was being represented by her past employer. My divorce was not easy and my one year old daughter was involved. I won extended custody and without Aida's constant communication and support...I would not be here right now with my baby,enjoying our valuable time together.

Ms. Rojas is a terrible attorney. She asked that I pay a $3000 retainer fee, and she didn't even show up the day I had court. She didn't contact me that day, I tried to contact her and her paralegal is the only one who would answer to say Ms. Rojas was handling another case and was 'unavailable'. I'm sorry...but if I pay you a $3000 retainer fee...I expect you to show up in court! She would only reply to me via E-MAIL! Just the worst experience imaginable. Not to mention, NOTHING CHANGED IN MY CASE. Not one thing that I asked to be amended was amended. I wasted all that money for someone to not respond or show up. She has the worst communication with her clients. I can't believe she's still in business. She also advised me that I was in debt to her, but before I could make it a big deal my fee was waived. She knew she was wrongfully charging me extra money. She also spoke with the person who my case was against in the hallway before our first hearing! PEOPLE...PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Never keeps you updated and never returns calls. As soon as she got my money everything changed. She sounds good when you are talking to her.

Mrs Rojas was referred to me by a friend of mine when i was trying to get visitation rights for my daughter. She was successful with her child custody case. I met with her and from the very beginning she made me feel really comfortable. We went to court within a week and she was very prepared to fight for my rights. We went before a judge I got the standard visitation visits that I wanted and deserved. Her knowledge of the law and her professionalism was worth every dollar spent.

Mrs. Rojas represented me (male) in my child custody case several months back. All I can say is "WOW". She did an amazing job and I have my 3 year with me today. She was caring and attentive to ALL my needs and wants and kept me abreast of any and all issue going on with my case. Her knowledge and quality of work was outstanding and I will not hesitate in using Mrs Rojas again. I have also referred several friends and family members to her and their results were winning.

Attorney Aida Rojas, handled my Divorce and my son's Custody case and Mrs. Rojas, did an "Amazing" job handling both cases for me! She is very efficient and professional and empathetic when it comes to Divorce and Child Custody cases, where children are involved. I've used Aida Rojas, TWICE and I wouldn't think twice about using her again!! :)

Gave her 3k before she would take the case. This was only a modification of existing orders...She would never return calls only would talk to you on email...She would charge 60.00 for reading you email... When I told her that I needed to talk to her about her fees she ignored email and then you get a phone call from office staff that you need more money....I had to hire another attorney because she fail to represnet you....Then I get all these threatening emails that you owe money and she was going to sue you..OMG then in court she had to ask you about evidence that you had already given her....Thank god she did not win when she was running for judge...

I hired her for a custody case, expected me to come up with 3THOUSAND $ within one day, I met only with her paralegal, on court dates she asked me multiple questions about the evidence and case itself, had to make outrageous payments, and rumors spread of someone in HER office giving the father of my son information about me and my side of things,very disappointed went to mediation and felt like she did nothing to fight this case, its been 7 months and the mediation new custody orders still have NOT been signed by a judge, NOT HAPPY AT ALL
