Terrible only cares about the money. Big turn over with incompetent staff. Only a few good ones in the offfice. I feel like Mr. Rolnick and some of his staff works for opposing counsel. They lie and lead you on. Run Run Run find a better lawyer this is the TRUTH.

I "hired" him 5 years ago. My case is still ongoing. I have never met him. He has not attended depositions or mediations. He will not respond to emails or phone calls. He always sends "associates" who have no idea what is going on with my case. He has misled me on several things which were very important to my case. He will not fight for me regarding medicine, doctors changes, treatments or even a settlement so I can find treatment on my own. So far he has received over $30000.00 and has done nothing to earn even a third of that. I thought my failed back surgery was the worst mistake I had made since my injury but hiring Jon Rolnick was the worst mistake.

They try to make u settle for what they what u to have. They get tired of u calling asking questions their work ethic is very poor

I've only met him one time it took a year for my first deposition and the repersinative that he had to sit in fell asleep plus my first court date he didn't show he sent another attorney that I had never met plus a conference call was scheduled and he never called its been a year with my so called attorney I will never recommend him to anyone

Great attorney, he did everything I asked and he helped me through my case. He was very easy to work with and I could tell that he truly cared about my case. The customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone.

I have been involved with this firm for over (10) months on my workmans comp case,So far I have talked to my attorney (1)ONE Time,And from my point and the paper work I have seen has not impressed me,But I have limited knowlage on tort,contract LAW,However I do have very good knowlage on constitutional Law and criminal Law,So I will keep a eye on the progress of my case,and intervien,or change attorneys if i ever feel the need,but on good side,There really is not alot for him to talk to me about,refer to48 S.E 2d 137 Lets hope it dont go that far,And my Attorney and my self will be able to live with the end results,and I will be able to pick up my life and find away to inprove myself after this

This guy,and his staff are great.They work hard,and the communication line between clients are outstanding.I will recommend this lawyer to anyone in need.They fought a hard battle in my case,and will take it to the limits..

This guy lead me on for 4 months convincing me that he was handling my case. He practically begged me to handle my case in the beginning, then all of a sudden after my treatment of 2 injuries was over, i get a phone call from his assistant that says he wants to withdraw from my case without an apparent reason. I honestly think the insurance company paid him off! Dont go to this slime ball! He never even speaks to any of his clients directly & you never even know whats going on with your case. Im writing a letter to the bar as we speak. Utter ridiculousness!

I'm not sure about this one, however I just start working with him...So I will update when I close out my case...But so far. the staff is great and so is he...
