Didn't have a clue.. When secretary was away he was lost. Wasted my time and money. Finally fired him.

I retained him with $2500 for a family law case. I asked him to send letter to my ex as she was denying access. He called me to ask my fax #, I said I spent an hour ($250) and gave you facts about my case and contact info. But I gave him # and asked how letter was progressing. He said oh I was busy, at a course. I said my ex is denying access and I have a court order, this is super urgent. I fired him asap, terrible quality of service and would never recommend him. Way past his prime, sorry Don but that is the truth.

Lack of communication, pretty much does not give much legal advice. He definitely wants to bring the case to court. My child custody case lasted for two years and I have paid about 10, 000 and I have not gone to court but have only begun to negotiate a draft order with my ex. Do not see him! As well, he has lost documents.
