Sweet talker but job not done. No initiative, no real added value. Sorry to give bad refereces. But for your interest seek well before going with Barry Bennett.

Dont expect the job to be completed or done properly. Do expect to look for another lawyer as this lawyer is incapable of completing tasks and bringing an end result to your file. A total incompetent incapable fool!!! He was hired to settle a matter over asset division for me; he wasnt able to clear up matters related to closing costs on a pending property purchase, had me holding the bag for approximately $20K worth of expenses. He failed to contact the other lawyer, as he said he would do; then dropped my file leaving me in a seriously negative position. I hired another lawyer whom was able to resolve the matter easily but at a further expense to me. Stay away from this guy, he doesnt care about the outcome of your file - only the amount of money he can charge to your account.
