Mr. Ngan is knowlegdwable. You have to be prepared and do your homework before presenting your case or document. He is very efficient and do not want to spend to much time to talk. That suit me. If you want a lawyer to hear your story and spending time discussing your case so not go to him. Bit if you know what you want, then he is the best person to go to.

Was purchasing looking at purchasing a predevelopment condo and brought in sale agreement for him to review. Got to his office and noticed that it was in the exact same spot as when I dropped it off, he did not even look at it prior to our meeting. He flipped through a couple of pages and said it was missing a number of things, that this looked like a bad deal and his personal opinions came through about why condos are not good purchases. Funny thing was, since I had gone through the contact prior to handing it off to him, all those things that were missing were in fact in the contract. Terrible experience and would never go back. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

He is more greedy than a salesman. He will promise anythinh and quick to get your money but fails to do his job. If you only want to pay but get no service, go for him. He never answers questions directly but BS and laughed around. He never returns any call and makes you go to his office unnecessarily to chase him down. Terrible lawyer and money minded. His team is useless and unprofessional. You will be a fool to count on him to scrutinize your paper transaction and terms of agreement. It is obvious he never really reads details of the contract. He takes your money for straight processing. I believe people go to him mostly becoz they speak no English.

Understanding accidental mistake under some circumstance was unavoidable, but they seem talk and procrastinate very much, than to correct mistake after offer completion and the other party outstanding item was unpaid. Mary or Ngan are neither a diplomatic, interpersonal-skilled nor know-how-legal-problem-resolving lawyer/representatives. Ngan has been recommended but not any more. Hope thing would be changed. Guess they are retiring soon anyway.

I agreed to what other people who gave lowest mark to Metz Ngan. He promise everything in the beginning of accepting your case, but he won't reply your calls and emails after he got your case. He only wants more money and more. His attitude is not professional and bad; he gave your case to those practicing student lawyers to handle. Bad experience with him.

Very nice experiences to have lawyer like him especially his very supportive wife Mary. Even in very busy jobs, they allways have a taste of humour and support professional infos..We would like to recommend our friends to have their services.

We had a bad experience with Metz Ngan too. When we received a call from his office, his assistance cant even speak proper English. With Metz, he NEVER replied our emails. When we arrived his office, he didnt explained anything on the paper and just asked us to sign. Horrible experience with him! But I guess he wouldnt care, as he has so many clients. People use him because of the fees (low).

Metz, does not return your calls or answers your questions in a timely manner. I basically have to chase him down or his staff for it. Poor service. I closed a house end of the summer and to this date have not rec'd my closing package. I had to call and the girl tried to make an appt for me to come in. I told her that I've signed everything already so why do I need to come in? She then asked me if I wanted the paperwork sent out? I told her yes and she gave me next week as the date it would be sent out??? So, that means not completed yet?

Mr. Ngan diligently guided my family through a difficult estate period. I categorically disagree with either previous posts re: her is disingenuous in any way. Based on the questionable communication ability of the poster and vague eagerness to collaborate with random detractors, problems advancing a case was likely their fault...to be generous. Money never drove any interaction, efficient experience allowed Metz to fairly manage volatile issues ultimately ensuring my familys dignity and harmony. Warning to readers, fake clients with agendas enthusiastically slam counsel across the board without specifics. This is the internet

I had the same problems too. Before you pay him, he will say YES for everything, but none of them are come true. He is not a responsible lawyer. He wont' care about your case and only keep ask you to get more money but without doing anythings for you.
