She was more interested in her diet rather than my court case. She was talking to other lawyers about her diet OMG!!! I wouldn't hire her. She is not aggressive.

Want a lawyer who’s
•Aggressive
•Talks w/her client
•Gets to court on time
•Resolves issues 4 low $$
•Acts professionally in courtroom
•Remembers your name
If so YOU DON’T want Whitaker I hired her for a CS arrears case She said she’d do it for a low fee yet used 3X fee before filing paper w/ court In 13+ mos I've spoke w/my counsel for 15 min. total for $20K in fees
•Showed up 20-45 min late for ea. of my 5 court dates
•Scheduled 5 client hearings into 1 afternoon
•Couldn’t recall my name when talking w/Judge
•Never talked w/me prior to any hearing
•Lost papers given to her office. Her staff told me I was never there to drop the papers off.
•Sent me other clients papers in error
•3 times didn’t follow up w/the court. Once staff told me the Judge wasn’t on the case & another Judge was assigned My call to court showed otherwise
•Billing errors inc. bills for other client’s work & multiple mails of same papers
•My case has moved via MY CONTACT w/the court
