I used Traci as a mediator and I could not have been more impressed. She got right to the point and settled a difficult case in half a day. I've practiced for over 30 years and consider her to be one of the best mediators I've come across.

On the advice of a friend I hired this lawyer to help my daughter. I had seen a couple of bad reviews, and confronted Traci about them. She said she had gone through a bad spot in life and that she was ok now. Being the forgiving type I hired her. BIG mistake. She has done almost no work but always has an excuse (when we eventually get a reply). She did not go through a bad patch in life, she is just a lousy person. Do not trust her with your money and your problems.

Don't bother with this lady. She has taken over $6000 and has not gotten us to court once in almost 2 years... nothing has changed in our case. She lies about the work she does, says she's working on things and waiting on other people's responses, but if you follow up she hasn't done any of it. She hasn't returned our calls or emails in 6+ months and so we can't get our money she owes us back so we can get another attorney that will do their job. She is currently on probation for doing the same thing and she has been probated or reprimanded 3-4 times for the same thing -NEGLIGENCE.

My ex-wife hired Traci Ahart for the divorce. My ex-wife was a crook so she needed another crook to defend her. At the end 3 protective orders filed by Traci Ahart were denied and vacated. I was awarded $3500 in attorney fee. If you are a crook and looking for a crook of a lawyer Traci Ahart is the right lawyer for you.

This lawyer, attorney takes your money and litterally does nothing! She sells you to use her services and acts like she will be a tiger for you...but she is a snake. Please do research on her. She has been suspended twice from the Texas BAR and she changes the spelling of her name, whenever the mood strikes. She has been married a few times and uses different last names. She uses Ahart, Bender or Lohman...also spelled Lohmann. I am not sure why she went to law school and spent so much time getting a law degree, so she could rip people off. It seems silly to me, but she seems to have some mental problems. She is smart enough to sell you...but won't really help you. She will only help relieve you of your money and make promises...then tell you to back off or flat out ignore you when you try to get what you paid for. Apparently, she is too busy trying to figure out what her next last name will be. Thanks for reading and educating yourself. I wish I would have before I lost 5K!
