Horrible experience with Chad Newcombe. Chad felt that his unanswered emails and voice messages asking about simple redundant questions was a value of $850. I paid $3500 already for Chad to reduce a rental agreement. I called to dispute, his retort was “you signed a retainer” which means accord in g to Chad he can charge whatever he wants … unanswered emails. The only thing positive I can say, Chad is sure Tenacious when it comes to “His” money.
