The initial meeting was with a sales person, not an attorney (or even a paralegal), who lured us in. The actual attorney did nothing; as a matter-of-fact, our attorney was changed a number of times over the year yet we were never told. KEL did not keep us informed. Due to our specific circumstances, KEL (a so-called experienced short-sale specialist)should have known that our mortgage company would not allow us to do a short-sale. Therefore, they should not have accepted our retainer. I would NOT recommend this firm under any circumstance.

This firm is horrible. They are equivelant to a meat market. They take your money (3K); sit on your case for a year; and then demand another 3K to continue. They hire attorneys that have no idea what they are doing and aren't guided by senior, more experienced attorneys. They don't show up for hearings and won't fight for their clients.
