really glad I was referred to Mr. Jeffrey. My boyfriend had a no bond allowed on a probation violation. Our attorney said the judge would not set a bond. My boyfriend got Mr. Jeffreys number from a guy in his tank and we called him. after talking to him we hired him and he got a low bond set the next day! now that he is on bond he is going to drug treatment and if he finishes it he will be continued on probation.Mr. Jeffrey gave us the chance we needed to not go to prison.

hired Mr. Jeffrey over the phone and I never had to go to court. I came to his office today to pick up my dismissal on a theft case. Now he's going to get it off my record. super lawyer!

Thank you so much!!! Thank you for taking care of my cousin again, this is the 3rd or 4th time that he has gotten in trouble on probation, Each time the state tries to revoke him and you get him continued on probation with the help that he needs.

I was arrested for a family violence assaualt againstmy wife, she didnt want to prosecute but the state picked the case up. We visited with a couple of lawyers but ended uo iring Mr. Jeffrey because we liked what he had to say. My wife did an Affidavit in his office and a couple of days later she met him at the courthouse and talked to the prosecutor. She did another affidavit at the courthouse and a couple of days later the case was dismissed. the whole process from hiring him to the case being dismiseed was less than 2 weeks.

We hired Mr. Jeffrey after our attorney told us that my boyfriend could either take a minimum of 15 years in prison or go to trial. He was on probation for a drug case and picked up a new felony drug case. while he was on bond for the new drug case he was arrested on another drug case. Mr. Jeffrey had him evaluated for drug addiction and within 3 weeks got him 7 years probation with drug treatment. would recomend Mr. Jeffrey to anyone.

I hired Mr. Jeffrey for a probation violation on a 3rd degree felony. My prior attorney told me that I had to do at least 2 years in prison. Mr. jeffrey got the DA to reduce my offense to a state jail and got me a 12:44a Time served. I walked out of the coutroom with no time. Really glad we found him!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST ATTORNEY AND OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. HE CLAIMED FOR 5000 HE COULD GET MY HUSBAND(1ST TIME OFFENDER WHO CAUGHT NO NEW CHARGES) REINSTATED ON PROBATION. ONCE WE PAID HIM HE WOULD NEVER RETURN CALLS AND HIS OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE RUDE RUDE. SHAME ON THIS FIRM FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES. MY HUSBAND IS SITTING IN PRISON FOR 5 YEARS BECAUSE OF THIS GREAT FIRM. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY, PROBABLY GOT LESS TIME. DONT BELIEVE THE LIES HE TRIES TO TELL YOU. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS POS.

The case that we paid for he never did any fighting he passed it to one of his other lawyers. Which he would never answer and ignored ones calls! Thanks for nothing, Daniel Oliphant and Tim Jeffrey!! We would raise issues and give evidence of many things and all he would come with is that "I asked". Everyone says "No". Never once he called the client or responded to letters from him or even visited him the only time there was a contact is when he sent the client the DENIED APPEAL!!! Secretary is rude and they never call you back. No communication and no professionalism!!! The only time they communicated is when payment was due!!! They could care less of your family or the situation they are in!!! Run!!!!

Tim Jeffreys is a crook.12/17/12 I was in jail and he told my wife he could get me a bond reduction for $1000. he never even patishioned the court as my attorney and further more he he told my wife he was going to set me a court date for a bond hearing and never done it. and after that he never would answer her calls or return her calls. he took the $1000 and we never heard from him again. TIM JEFFREYS CONNED US OUT OF OUR MONEY THEN NEVER HEARD A WRD FROM HIM TO THIS DAY 7/5/13 THE BIGGEST CROOK. HELL HE SHOULD BE THE ONE BEHIND BARS.

we hired tim jefferyto get our son out of jail. jeffery failed to complete this issue in the time promised. jeffery was misleading in the process, by saying that he was doing one thing while not doing anything. jeffery stated that he was attempting to contact our counties district attorney to handle our son's misdemeanor, when in fact he failed. my wife comtacted both district attornies and scheduled a court date for our son to receive time served on his misdemeanor in approximately 15 minutes. so why do we pay $3000 only to turn around and do the job ourselves. to end the review jeffery refuses to contact us once he knows that we were aware of details. there are many more details, but too long to list.we can only pray that jeffery arrives to court on the date scheduled.
