	12/9/09	Excellent attorney. Alan is not part of the milk your client club looking for billable hours.He is highly respected by many on the bench and works hard on your case.He is a fighter and will go to trial if he thinks you will win. Many attorneys would rather settle then have to battle it out in court. He took over my case that had gone nowhere for 10 months and over the next 2 months he was able to get a trial date 2 months away. We settled in court the day of the trial and he won for me what was most important, my child with me most of the time and I have all decision making in same regard. He got me back in my home and my X2B out, all in a total of 4 months. He was fair is his billing and realize when he gets decisions reached quickly, he and you spend less time sending letters to opposing counsel and less time in court which is a BIG expense. I have been very pleased with his representation and strategy for my case.
	9/2/06	i had a different attorney that did NOTHING for me for 3 yrs. Mr Barr took over my case and in 6 months time, I was divorced and had an excellent settlement
