Our current condo attorney for the last six years was retained following a multi-million dollar settlement on an unrelated condo construction defect case. Recently, our Condo went to trial after rejecting a large settlement offer. Over a 100 condo owners observed and thanked our attorney for a great job despite the verdict being against the condo. We could have appealed but decided not to due to the expenses. Our condo attorney has collected significant amounts of money from banks or delinquent owners without billing the association. He has also successfully filed an injunction preventing the old board from passing an eight million dollar assessment. He is an excellent attorney and highly recommended.

I've been using Gordon's firm for 6 years now and for 7 different traffic tickets. I've never received any points on my license or been found guilty in any of the cases he's handled for me. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy - delivers on his promises and gets the job done.

Our condo hired this guy for a construction defects case. He has terrible courtroom presence and demeanor. It was like the movie "my cousin Vinny" except he never got better. We spent a FORTUNE and the jury found for the contractor on every count. And we have to pay the CONTRACTOR'S attorneys fees too. This guy is a dangerous bozo. I think we should get negative ratings

Same results as others. My speeding ticket fine still had to be paid in addition to the lawyers fees. I would have been better off paying the fine and taking the driver course.

DO NOT USE FOR TRAFFIC TICKETS!!! I Got a speeding ticket in January in Marathon Key, responded to the letter from this lawyer and paid them $149 to represent me thinking that it would end up with court costs and that's it. Got a letter in JUNE (5 months later!) telling me that I owed a fine of $200+ costs of $106 making my grand total $455!! I called and the original fine for 9 miles over would have been $131 + 3-5 pts. (My driving record was perfect so I'd be on the lower end, I guess). OR I could have taken the driving class and probably avoided the points. Oh yea, the case was heard on 5/4 and his letter came a month later leaving me less than 30 of the 60 days to pay a much bigger fine than I expected. And, they are never available and hide behind "letters." I left several messages and didn't get a call back. They WERE THE WORST.

GOT SCREWED UP. PAID DOUBLE THE TICKET AMOUNT AND STILL NEED TO ATTEND SCHHOL. COULD HAVE AVOIDED POINTS BY SCHOOL AND WITH HALF THE COST. HARD TO GET ON PHONE.

Try not to call after 5PM. They could care less about your situation at this time. I called asking for assistance, the person "more than likely Gordon himself, seemed as if I were "holding him back" from leaving, rushed me off the phone, and providing absolutely no help in reference to my question.
