Bob Uemura is the best Unlawful Detainer attorney in Salinas. If you have a tenant that you need to evict as quickly as possible, I strongly recommend Mr. Uemura. I know attorneys at other local law firms who send their clients to Mr. Uemura for purposes of handling evictions. He gets bad tenants out faster than anyone else and handles the process for a reasonable rate.
