	2/12/18	Do not use Richard or his assistant Hilda!!!Screws up 99% of time!!! Dealt with him 3 times over 3 years and it was not pleasant or smooth either time!! Not very professional and sometimes down right rude!!!
	9/21/16	Adter closing 3 months later he informs us his firm made a $9000 error. Sent a threat that if we don't pay in 3 days he will take us to court. No effort on his part to resolve the matter. Not a person you can trust!
