I had a horrible experience with Mr. Mallia and his firm. I allege the following: I was uninformed and misinformed about occurrences of my case. He non-suited the major pain clinic in my case on the first day of the trial while he kept me out of the courtroom so I could not see it. He did not call my major expert to the stand in the trial nor use a major damaging piece of evidence against the doctor from this witness. Turns out that one of the doctors in the pain clinic had highly benefitted Mallia in the past in a former medical malpractice case and had called him once we sued the clinic. They made an agreement without my knowledge or consent. Then he lost the case against the doctor's partner, the surgeon who caused my medical condition that there is no cure for and is known to go to paralysis in an unnecessary surgery that the doctor told me I needed. We are sick about having Mallia as our attorney. I would never recommend him to anyone. I sued him. We have won our 1st appeal.
