	6/23/08	He is honest, he is great. I speak Spanish and I was able to communicate with him with not problem.
	3/24/06	Poor attention to detail whilst filling out immigration forms. Fails to recognize own errors and apologize appropriately, rude whilst dealing with problems and oblivious to needs of customers and case in question.
