I have been entangled in a nasty custody case for a few years. So far I have spent 40K on legal fees and up until very recently, I have found myself in much the same position as when I began this legal process – frustrated! I have spent the first few months of 2010 searching for a new lawyer --it’s pretty amazing how many lawyers seem to think it is okay to insult their potential clients! But, thank God I finally found Carol Pepper. Carol is someone who immediately understood my case - and how hard it is to be a single parent. Carol is extremely supportive, positive and experienced. Carol is the only lawyer who immediately cut through the complexities of litigation and clarified the path to a resolution that I could live with and that was in my child's best interests. I have met a lot of lawyers, but Carol Pepper stands out WAY above the crowd. She made me feel like I had some wind under my wings. She is the BEST – no question about that. My child and I are forever indebted to her.
