* 		 4/6/11 Gordon Chance and Assoc. ripped me off big time. After sending the $4000 to help with a loan modification, they were able to INCREASE my mortgage from $7000 to $10,000 month. Wow, a $3000 month increase to my mortgage for only $4000 to the law firms. What a scam. And they had the nerve to send me a congratulations on my new modified loan payment. Stir clear!! RID: 43816
