*	11/18/18	had him as a lawyer for my family case with the ministry of children and family's and half way through my trial, yes trial he up and quit on me stating that he was moving firms and would be in partnership with the ministry's lawyer. so proceeding with my case would be a conflict of interest.oh and hes a bum cant even support his own smoking habit always bumming smokes off his clients who using him as legal aid because they cant afford a lawyer let alone support there lawyers smoking habit as well.
	1/12/16	This lawyer is great. He is organized, capable, caring and he does an excellent job at court.
	8/6/14	Beware, extremely rude receptionist in this office and she is Pedersen gate-keeper. This lawyer mishandled my case, and helped to sabotage my emergency support hearing! My kids and I were in a desperate financial situation! He used my own documents to "write" my response affidavits to my ex's divorce document. He refused to "speak to" my interim support hearing, & made me write the entire response affidavit myself! He then complained it was too long! I had over 45 claims to respond to; what did he expect! He actually QUIT on the morning of my emergency hearing! After complaining that I had given him too many documents to stamp & swear for the hearing! His receptionist was the one who typed up some documents, and She seemed clueless as to fill in the legal doc software! Abusive & rude throughout my entire experience as their legal aid client. Refused to return my file unless I agreed to sigh doc saying I agreed to represent myself after he QUIT! I will be filing a complaint!
	5/22/14	Overall great lawyer, caring and knowledgeable. Overall am pleased on how he handled my case.

	2/11/10	Dale Petersen...... is a push over and expects you to become one too. The only problem with this is it comes at the expense of your kids. Someone who is so full of knowledge should learn to use it to his advantage and that of his client. I was very frustrated with his lack of tenacity and interest in my case, but I guess thats what you get for free...... thx legal aid
