	8/24/12	Unbelievable that this person is still a member of the bar. Many, many complaints and issues of taking retainers and not performing. Abandoned wife and children including one with special needs. Has NEVER paid any child support.
	12/13/10	Took $1000 for traffic violations and never did a thing. Cell phone is disconnected and no longer works at Fiandach & Fiandach.
	11/5/10	Took $800.00 from my son and we never heard from him again.. MIA
	2/10/10	He didn't care about my son and seemed like he was friends with the judge and the DA. He couldn't wait to get finished with us and move on to the next case.
