Was a lawyer for me in early 90's, over some bogus charge the PG judiciary routinely conjure up for sh*ts and giggles. Around 2000, he was a prosecutor, approving charges against me for returning a wallet I found in a hotel parking lot. I even left my name with the attendant at the front desk. Lo and behold, weeks later I have 5 handguns pointed at my face while I'm shopping downtown, and am placed under arrest for 'Impersonation' and 'Theft'. Mr. Leven got it through his head that I had "stolen" the 'F.A.C.' firearm license out of this wallet (I even left the $40 in it) - with intent to use it to purchase firearms for nefarious purposes. ??? WTH?! A few months later they dropped the ridiculous charges - but retained the 'information' to use against me in the future, and it was installed and embellished on the RCMP 'PRIME' database. This is what these cosmopolitan redneck bullies do. Beware of drug-addled LOGs (Lefties Occupying Government) in the PG judiciary. QUISLINGS.
