This man is lazy and slick. He only cares about collecting fees, not fighting for your case. He tells you your case is good, does enough work to bill you, then stops returning your phone calls and email until he needs money. When responding in a case, he simply restates your case and does not answer opposing attorney's claims against your case. He continually misses filing and response deadlines and has to file for extensions, claiming he's too busy to meet deadlines. Horrible lawyer who appears to live on hourly fees he generates, with no intention to pay proper attention to the case towards winning. Smooth talker, but lies like a rug.

this lawyer will take your money and do a lousey job of defending you, especially if you are a teacher because teachers are already abused by the system, this lawyer will take advatage of this fact. this lawyer is unprofessional,verbally abusive,yelling and OVER TALKING YOU is just part of his abusive behavior. when you are speaking with him ,always have someone with you when meeting or talking on the phone with him. Make sure that you get everything you ask for from him in writing because he may not take your case seriously, if you don't have a paper trail of his forgetfulness or lack of knowledge of your case. this lawyer is ALWAYS LATE. he also changes appointments and times without notifying you. I had a very serious case of a 3020a. this lawyer failed to produce critical evidence that would have won this case by a land slide. my statements here are true and not vindictive. I trusted this lawyer, this was a BIG MISTAKE on my part.
