This lawyer ask for 2000.00 upfront ,which I gave him. After a year of not returning any of my phone calls and numerous no shows in court. I asked for a portion of my money back and have yet to hear back from this lawyer. Please stay away

I don't recommend this attorney at all, rarely ever returns his calls and hangs up on you in the middle of your conversation. A simple divorce nothing owned together, and cost 9,500..his staff never could spell my first name right.

I interviewed 3 others attorneys and found Busby to be the most helpful, but also the cheapest. The staff seems is mostly latin but Busby is a White guy with another attorney named Eric. The staff and both attorney were good to me. Sometimes communication with the staff was not good, but attorney were quick to respond and help me out.

Used this firm for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Cheaptest in Town. I had no problems. Everybody else was about 50% more. Good people. Very pretty German Girl runs the office.

Used this firm for a debt dispute. They settled it for me for 30% of what they wanted. Fees were fair. Eric and Mike were the attorney's I worked with. Some of the phones calls were not returned for several days, but otherwise, service was good.

Laid off work with no hope of relief in site. Found a job but no way could I get current. I filed a chapter 13 with this firm and my case was recently confirmed. The paperwork is too much, but when we got to court, my lawyer was ready. Judge was pretty stern and trustee was short with me. My lawyers pushed us through and I am doing good.

My ole lady did not want my son to visit with me cause I had some outstanding tickets. She also wanted to stick it me on child support and then wanted me to pay all the bills as well. I hired this firm and after a three day trial, I got to see my son and she pays the bills. The judge yelled at me a couple of times, but they dragged my ex through the mud. I you want to fight, hire this firm.

If I could rate him a zero I would!! This lawyer is horrible! He's a crook that does his job half assed! I never hear from him and when I do he sounds like he has no idea what's going on with my case! Do not waste your time and money on this lawyer!! Absolutely horrible!!

Michael Busby and his assistants are all a bunch of crooks.Once they get your money - you become another number and you never see or hear from him again. His assistants show up in court unprepared and do a terrible job. DO NOT USE HIM!
