Randy is very professional and knowledgeable in the area of criminal law. He knows what he is doing. I am happy with his work on my TRO violation case. I was not able to fight this charge without him. I tried for several months and got nowhere. He took over and made things happen.

He was recommended by some baseball friends of my husband. First sign of trouble was when he never calld us back to arrange any prior strategy before my son's prior appearance, until 15 minutes on the sidewalk of the court building. Seems like he wanted my son to plead guilty, which we refused. The result was that we lost our fees to retain him and eventually found a new attorney who fought hard for my sons DUI and eventually won the case. Do not waste your money on this attorney. Never returns calls, sounded intoxicated one time when he did answer his cell phone and not very knoweledable about law in general.

He was always late to all my court hearings. I just stayed in the waiting area. I didnt want to hear my name being called and Im standing ther like one dummy. Hire someone else.

Communication was very bad, I waited in court for him and my case came he was not there. He later showed up with someone else and I asked him whats going on but he said that the dates were wrong. Even though he say that he was a prosecutor, he still don't know the law. I don't recommend him, seek else where!

took our money and then "Flew by the seat of his pants". told me not to show up for first court appearance, said I didn't need to be there and the press would. He didn't even show up. Judge filed a bench warrent for my arrest. Ny husband was there and called me to drop everything and GET there. I did. after he was fired, he failed to return our new attorneys calls for several weeks.

Lack of commitment to represent client. Fail to appear at hearings with client. Legal advice and recommendations were useless. Not responsive and will avoid client at times. Do not waste your time or money with him. Find an attorney who will truly represent your interest. Playing golf instead of being in court with client is totally unacceptable, negligent to represent, and the don't care attitude.
