I don't have much experience with her knowledge or work quality. I had an initial consultation, which seemed to be fine, paid her a $2200 retainer. Over the course of the next 6 months, despite several phone calls, multiple emails, and even stopping by her office, the only other communication I got from her was a single email. I chose to take my business elsewhere, and have yet to see any of my retainer refunded. 2K for a consultation and a one paragraph email. No wonder attorneys get such a bad rap.

Worst experience ever. She just gave my case over to the other side; didn't have my back at all!! Stay away, if you haven't hired her already!! If you have and got burned, file complaint with the office of professional conduct/Utah bar association at 645 S. 200 E. ste 205 SLC, UT 84111 - 801-531-9110. They protect the public & can help. Her record is not clean and this is where you'll have the most impact. Best regards!

Horrible atty. Takes money then does no work. Impossible to get ahold of. Disregards work even court ordered.

Never answers phone or email...her slow work is costing me dearly! She doesn't listen to my concerns and disregards them and me continually. Not aggressive in court room!

I retained Denise to handle my divorce proceedings and the biggest issue with Denise is that you will struggle having any contact with her. She does not reply to emails nor does she return your calls. It takes weeks before she will return numerous phone or email messages. I am still a client and she has ignored my case for 3 months now and I call her office 3+ times a week and send numerous emails. 3 months ago all she had to do was file my divorce paperwork that was signed and she has yet to take it to the court. And she will not take my calls now. So she took my $2500 retainer and now has ignored me. I would definitely recommend finding another attorney!!!!

I retained denise to represent me in my divorce and custody hearings, she didn't do anything more necessary in the court room. I'm done with mediation and all necessary paperwork to have my divorce finalized, its been 6 months and I'm lucky if i can get a call back from her assistant. Do not retain her if you want your case handled in a timely or professional manner.
