Atty Brennen never interviewed my witnesses, was terribly unprepared and argued like a scared child to the Jury.He lost the case due to his lack of preparedness.....

Joseph Brennan is expensive ( as lawyers usually are). And he worked a somewhat complicated case for me. I wonn't question his competancy. It boils down to my giving him $500.00 to do a couple of small things for me in June 2009 and they never happened. Repeated calls to him are responded with " I'll call you Monday". Calls, faxes are to no avail. In a nutshell-- It is now December and NOTHING. Those little things turned into big things and I'm now ending up facing the judge with no representation. Not to mention being ot $500.00. I'm on unemployment and can barely keep up with bills, so that money is a lot to me. Alan Johnston
